According to the Decree of the President of Republic Uzbekistan from September, 26th, 2002 №UP - 3135 and with a view of creation of conditions for the organisation of a domestic production of means of information-communication technologies, the Decision of Cabinet Ruz from September, 27th, 2002 №336 Open Societies "KOINOT" are translated in system of the Uzbek communication agency and information. With transfer in system of the Uzbek communication agency and information, Open Society "KOINOT" it has been connected as the executor to the program confirmed by the Decision of Cabinet Ruz from June, 6th, 2002 № 200.
